Special Needs Card
Every year Borough residents receive an Emergency Preparedness Information brochure in the mail from Beaver County Emergency Services. This brochure contains important Emergency Planning information to be used in the unlikely event of an emergency at Beaver Valley Power Station and for other types of emergencies. Enclosed in the brochure are Special Needs Cards. These cards are very important in helping Emergency Management assist you should an emergency occur. The card is for those who would need special help during an emergency because of physical impairment or special medical problems. Every year you should fill out this card if it applies to you and return it to Beaver County Emergency Services. The information is compiled by the County and forwarded to Beaver Borough Emergency Management. The information is kept confidential and only used during emergencies. If you care for a family member who has special needs, please assist them with filling out this card. These cards must be submitted annually in order to have up to date information.
